Talleres Floper was founded in 1974 on a simple, demanding principle: turn parts that fit first time. Ever since, we have supplied precision bar turning to industrial manufacturers who tolerate neither deviation nor delay.
We machine stainless steel, brass, aluminium and nylon in diameters from Ø 3 to 60 mm, with in-process dimensional control and full traceability under ISO 9001:2015. Every batch leaves the workshop verified.
We are a direct technical contact: we read your drawing, understand what the part has to do, and come back with a clear quote. That closeness, sustained for fifty years, is what turns a supplier into a partner you can rely on.
Our history
- 1974
Talleres Floper is founded as a bar-turning company, machining long production runs for all kinds of sectors.
- 1984
Talleres Floper becomes a public limited company (S.A.) and moves towards specialising in small and medium runs with new production resources: its first CNC lathes.
- 2000
Certification for automatic lathes and secondary operations to the DIN EN ISO 9002:1994 standard, accredited by LGAI.
- 2004
Control processes and the process map are updated to comply with the ISO 9000:2000 standard.
- 2014
The company relocates to Viladecans, from Sant Climent de Llobregat, doubling its floor space and giving fresh momentum to its growth.
- Today
UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, accredited by Applus. Talleres Floper has always invested in CNC machinery for its speed and precision, enabling strict quality-control standards and improving customer satisfaction and service.
