Accessibility statement

Last review of the statement: 1 March 2023

TALLERES FLOPER, S.A. is committed to providing an accessible website for the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances and ability. Our aim is to comply as closely as possible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Compliance with these guidelines will help make the site easier to use and more user-friendly for all users. Although we strive to comply with the accessibility guidelines and standards, it is not always possible to do so in all areas, and we are currently working towards achieving it. Please note that, due to the dynamic nature of the website, minor issues may arise, as it is updated regularly. We are continually looking for solutions that bring all areas of the site to the same level of overall web accessibility.

TALLERES FLOPER, S.A. has committed to making its website accessible in compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices of the public sector (hereinafter, RD 1112/2018, of 7 September).

This accessibility statement applies to the website http://www.floper.es/, excluding embedded content from other domains.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018, of 7 September, due to the exceptions and the lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

Non-accessible content

The content set out below is not accessible for the following reasons:

1. Lack of conformity with RD 1112/2018: due to the fact that a content management system is used and there are different users updating and creating new content, there could be occasional editing errors on some web page, both in HTML content and in final documents. However, there is a commitment to periodic review and to resolving the problems reported by users. There may be external content, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Google Maps components, that does not fully comply with the accessibility criteria. There may be some page where part of the content is presented with loss of information or functionality, requiring scrolling in two dimensions [success criterion 1.4.10].

2. Disproportionate burden: not applicable.

3. The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation: there may be office files in PDF or other formats published before 20 September 2018 that do not fully meet all the accessibility requirements.
